Welcome to PadelUP! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the PadelUP application for iOS and watchOS. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the application.

1. Service Description

PadelUP is an application for Apple devices (iPhone and Apple Watch) that allows you to:

  • Keep score of padel matches
  • Track game statistics
  • Monitor HealthKit data during matches
  • Sync data between devices
  • Save match history

2. Usage Requirements

To use PadelUP you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Own a compatible device (iPhone with iOS 16.0+)
  • Create a valid account
  • Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. User Account

3.1 Registration: To access all features you need to create an account using email, Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.

3.2 Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities performed through your account.

3.3 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3.4 Termination: You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Plan

Includes:

  • Unlimited matches in Standard mode
  • View last 10 matches in history
  • Basic sync between devices

4.2 Free Trial

New users can enjoy 7 days of free trial with access to all PRO features. No charge during this period. At the end, if you don't cancel, the PRO Annual subscription will be automatically activated.

4.4 PRO Features

5. Payments and Auto-Renewal

5.1 Processing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment data.

5.2 Auto-Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled.

5.3 Charge: The charge is made through your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current period expires.

5.4 Lifetime: The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that guarantees permanent PRO access, without renewals.

6. How to Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Find "PadelUP" and tap
  5. Select "Cancel Subscription"

Note: The subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period. After cancellation, the account will return to the Free plan.

7. Refunds

All refunds are handled directly by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the PadelUP purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to breach the app's security
  • Not decompile or reverse engineer the app
  • Not use the app for illegal activities
  • Not create multiple accounts to abuse the trial
  • Not share your account credentials

9. Intellectual Property

PadelUP and all content, features, designs and trademarks are the exclusive property of PadelUP and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorization is not permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service "as is": PadelUP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 HealthKit Data: Health data shown in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a doctor for health matters.

10.3 Availability: We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

10.4 Damages: In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
